lovely as usual suzanne. just watched a documentary about robert rauschenberg that told about this cyanotype:
that made him quite famous at a very early age. kinda cool. happy new year! xoxo

Hi Smithereens, thanks for stopping by! Definitely worth a try – making cyanotypes is full of surprises and very rewarding (but if you’re currently also in the depths of winter, and you plan on making the cyanotypes outdoors, you’ll probably want to wait until the stronger summer sunshine returns :-)

Thx for stopping by Suzanne! I loved those lacy housefronts too. (Funny thing I learned about M’bourne – there had been lots of Dutch through there too – and having remained which might explain that Aussie accent. They also serve their chips w/ mayo and not vinegar!) Hope it’s a good year so far. Got your lovely Christmas card on Saturday – THX so much for thinking of me.
